A wheelbase 18 centimetres longer than that of the long Mercedes-Benz S-Class stretches the vehicle. On request, the exclusive appearance of the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class includes a two-tone paint finish with a separating line. It is applied by hand according to the highest quality criteria. It can take up to a week before the vehicle is steered out of the special paint shop and back into the regular production process. Special features of the front are the independent hood with a chrome fin and the specific Mercedes-Maybach radiator grille. Its high recognition value consists of the vertical, three-dimensional decorative bars. The MAYBACH word mark is elegantly integrated into the chrome frame of the grill. The Mercedes-Maybach S-Class also differs from its model brothers in the side view: Rear doors and the flowing, more upright C-pillars underline the outstanding status claim. The fixed window in the C-pillar is literally framed by a high-quality moulded part which merges seamlessly into the side trim. A Maybach brand logo on the C-pillar emphasizes the exclusivity. In some countries the brand symbol is illuminated. The new Mercedes-Maybach S-Class redefines the top end of luxury.
